I went out with a high school friend of mine today. I hadn't seen her in 25 years. We had a great day. We did a little shopping and had a very nice lunch. We found each other on Facebook. Actually, I have found quite a few old friends there. If you're not on Facebook, you really should join. It's free and you can connect with people from your past.

Anyway, that's all for now My thought for today is---Friends are worth keeping, they are there when you need them but they don't take advantage of you.
