I went into town today and gave my friend the special order blue star banner today. She fell in love with it. I'm so glad. I'm always nervous giving someone something until I know for sure that they love it. I don't like to do anything half way.

I added a few new items to both websites today if anyone is interested in looking. If you see something that you like but don't like the colors, let me know. I can make a special order for you at no extra cost.

My niece is a photographer in training. She has entered some of her pieces in an expedition located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She's doing very well with her photography. She is a very good artist. She also draws and is now painting. I am so proud of her. A friend of mine gave me a very lovely saying in which I will pass on to you as my thought for the day.

"I wrote your name on a piece of paper, but by accident I threw it away. I wrote your name on my hand, but it washed away. I wrote your name in the sand, but the waves whispered it away. I wrote your name in my heart, and forever it will stay."

I don't know who the original author is, but I thought this was very touching.
